                                                    WHO ARE MAR'S TOTAL BODY WORKOUTS FOR?

                                                                              They are for those who:
  - want an efficient workout that will burn a lot of calories and at the same time strengthen and tone their body
         in the least amount of time.
 - do not have a lot of time to workout, but still want to be totally fit and thus deliver all elements of fitness to their 
         workout routines ( cardio endurance, muscle strength and endurance, flexibility, lean  muscle mass).
 - want to look their best and have a strong, not necessarily big body, healthy heart, energy & endurance.
 - want to boost their metabolism and thus burn a lot of calories not only during the workout but throughout the day.
-  are used to some form of exercise and are not aftraid of taking it to another level.
-  are not looking for an easy workout, but for an effective one and are not afraid to work out hard to maximize the
    benefits
- are for those who either understand or are willing to learn that the only way you can be in your best shape is if you
  exercise, eat well and think right!


                                                                    MAR's PRESCRIPTION FOR SUCCESS:
                       
 - Try my workouts once a week or more to get adequate amount of strength training  for all major muscles of your  
    body to tone and shape your body and turn it into a fat burning machine!
 - Add 2-4 hours a week of your favorite cardio to burn calories and  improve your stamina and endurance!
 - Eat a healthy, balanced diet  but do NOT go on a diet!
 - Take time to relax and reflect daily!
 - Do not beat yourself up if you do not exercise or eat too much because you are looking at long term effects that will
   last a lifetime! One slip will not prevent you from reaching your goals!
