MAR's PRESCRIPTION FOR SUCCESS: - Try my workouts once a week or more to get adequate amount of strength training for all major muscles of your body to tone and shape your body and turn it into a fat burning machine! - Add 2-4 hours a week of your favorite cardio to burn calories and improve your stamina and endurance! - Eat a healthy, balanced diet but do NOT go on a diet! - Take time to relax and reflect daily! - Do not beat yourself up if you do not exercise or eat too much because you are looking at long term effects that will last a lifetime!
