Staying motivated is very tough throughout the process of achieving your fitness goals. For the vast majority of people (over 85%), a 12-week commitment to workouts and supportive, healthy eating is almost impossible without external support, coaching and accountability. That’s why there’s an explosion of obesity, diabetes and heart disease in this country. And the victims of these diseases are getting younger all the time (childhood obesity is practically epidemic).Having a trainer, coach and support group is very important. Knowing the reasons to exercise will help you adhere to the program and become more successful with reaching your goals. This is where MAR can help by not only training you, but also educating you on fitness. We start by Defining Your Realistic Goals  and mapping out the road to success. Without the right map, getting to your destination might be a long if not impossible process. Also, your motivation might suffer if throughout the process, you do not see the results you want because your goals are unrealistic. This is where most people will give up. With MAR you won't because we will set realistic goals and educate you on finess as well as train. As you get stronger, you will need modifications to your program and this is where you might get lost if not supported by a good trainer. This is one of the details many promoters leave out and unfortunately many naive people buy into it. The only scientific way to lose a pound of fat is to expand 3500 kcal and the best way to do it is through cutting your calories and working out as well as boosting your metabolism, so you can burn fat even while you sleep.
