- Assessing your athletic abilities
- Assessing your caloric needs
- Setting your SMART goals
- One workout session
- Writing your Exercise and Diet prescription.
Subsequent visits:
single session-$65
4 sessions - $200/$50 a session
10 sessions - $400/$40 a session
20 sessions - $700/ $35 a session
30 sessions- $900/$30 a session
