Unlike many other boot camps, BOOTy CAMP  with MAR gives you 2 workouts in 1. I  call my workouts BOOTy CAMP because I am not to scream at you, but to get you in shape !  Often times boot camps will offer a lot of random exercises with no structure to them and the instructor will  intimidate you with his loud voice.   My workouts have struture and are pre-planned to help you reach your goals and my voice is loud but encouraging! 

From my workouts, you will get the cardio workout that burns calories and the strength training that builds lean muscle mass that burns fat like a steam engine ! My workout will sculpt your body too as I do not use exercises just to burn calories, I want to give you more.  It is a great way for anyone to get fit, lose fat and shape up.  No matter where you are in your fitness, everyone will find something challenging in my workouts.  I have worked with people who were overweight,  marathon runners, body builders, do -it- yourself fitness practitioners and everyone got a great workout ! It is because my workout focuse on all the components of fitness and not just one.  

Please, understand that in order for anyone to get the recommended amount of exercise, you need to do both cardio and strength training. They are both equilly importand. Strength training builds muscles, makes your bones stronger, keeps you from getting injuries and aging. Cardio burns calories and keeps your heart healthy.  Most people who are health and fitness conscious will do some form of resistance training and then follow it up with some cardio work.  This takes a lot of time and because of that many people have only time to do one.  I used to be the same way.

My BOOTy CAMP is to give you 2 in 1, so you can do both cardio and strength in one.  I do it it  utilizing bodyweight exercises called calisthenics.  They are just an excellent way to get a full body workout and not just focusing on cardio like jogging, biking, swimming, dancing, you name it.  My BOOTy CAMP gives you a great cardio and simultaneously improves strength endurance, heart and lung power and your body's ability to function as one complete unit... for your  total fitness.  The added bonus of that is   burning calories and fat even after the workout is completed!

It is an accelerated 45 minutes of my total body blast workout, just for you to see what my workouts are about. We usually start slow with a warm-up and then get busy with more intense exerises. Eah exercise takes 1 minute, but if you are a beginner, I do not exect the whole minute from you.  You just do your best and I will modify the exercises for you, so you push yourself but not over the edge.  So, do not worry it will be too hard. It won't. You can do it. I know you can!    You will feel great only after one  session and your new mindset  will help you reach your fitness potential and goal!

This class will burn up to a 1000  kcal and focus on your weaknesses. You will be melting fat from your troubled zones, mainly thighs and buns while shaping them up for the summer season. Quads and glutes are the biggest muscles in your body. Work them and you will be a fat burning machine!  Muscles burn 3 times as many calories as fat! Per

 

 

This class will not only help you get rid of the flab on your abs, and the jiggly wiggly arms, but  also help you with performing daily physical activities by keeping your back and torso stronger.  We will be performing high intensity exercises intertwined with cardio to keep your heart rate up and burn calories at the same time, so we get two workouts in one.  

 

The name says it all. From stretching to yoga from the top of your body down you will feel the burn all the time! Perfect class for those who feel like they didn’t work out enough  during the week and those who want to kick it up a notch!
