IS ALL YOU NEED TO BE YOUR FITTEST EVER!
When you join my fit camp, you will WORK SMART and that does not mean long. With me, you will double or triple the time you would need to spend doing it on your own or with someone else to bring it on! During one of my sessions you will do cardio, strength, endurance and flexibility exercises. After each class you will be in the fat burning zone for up to 48 hours and feel some pain. Sorry, no pain, no gain!

This class will burn up to a 1000 kcal and focus on your weaknesses. You will be melting fat from your troubled zones, mainly thighs and buns while shaping them up for the summer season. This class will not only help you get rid of the flab on your abs, and the jiggly wiggly arms, but also help you with performing daily physical activities by keeping your back and torso stronger. We will be performing high intensity exercises intertwined with cardio to keep your heart rate up and burn calories at the same time, so we get two workouts in one.
