    What is behind ULTIMATE FITNESS PROGRAM 

                                          with MAR!

The program will be challenging, regardless of your fitness level. With each workout however, you will feel better and stronger, capable of doing more difficult exercises and for a longer period of time. As your strength and endurance increase, you will be also becoming more confident better looking you. The way the workouts are structured will give you the recommended by American College on Sports and Medicine strength, cardio training, flexibility as well as core training for the whole week.  You will be totally fit!  And when you combine my program with a healthy diet, you will see amazing results! 
                                                            
                                                  
The exercise program has been carefully designed to deliver all the major   components of fitness : cardio endurance, stregth, flexibility training as well as exercises for you core and back.
So many people do not understand how important it is to not only do cardio but also strength training to keep their body young and healthy. My workouts have been designed to deliver '2 in 1'. Instead of doing 1 hour of cardio and then 1 hour of strength training, we are goingto do both in one with the benefits of two workouts.  We do not neglect your flexibility as well as your core and back muscles so important to you well

Calisthenics and plyometrics as well as low impact modifications of them will not only burn a lot of calories during a workout but also tone and sculpt your body like nothing else. They will give you strength, stamina, suppleness and a lot of energy.  The truth is that there is really nothing better than the good old exercises then can whip you into shape faster than any other fancy. expensive and often difficult to use equipment.   
With MAR it is back to basics and nature ladies and gentlemen. No gym membership, no equipment required! Just your own body weight and a mindset for a healthy and fit lifestyle!  





Why Plyometrics ?  
Plyometrics or jump training, in a similar way to calisthenics, uses your own body weight. Its movements deliver so called muscular power.
When combined with strength training, such as calisthenics they become a very powerful training. No other form of exercise will burn more calories and increase your stamina as well as plyometrics will. So, if you are looking for a secret weapon to burn a ton of calories in the minimum amount of time, plyometrics, this is it!  If you are worried about your joints while jumping, we will show you lower impact modifications that will still break the sweat. Also, if you are not used to exercise, we will get you started with less intense movements, but the objective willbe to get you eventually into the 'plyometric mode.'



Why Calisthenics ?
Calisthenics or resistance training is a form of organized exercises consisting of simple yet challenging to different levels, due to its modifications, movements. When performed in certain order and way, they will not only strengthen your body, but also  burn many calories, so you can deliver 2 workouts in 1, the strength training and the cardio endurance! It is great especially for those who do not necessarily have a lot of time to spend on working out. With MAR's workouts you need not to  spend 2 hours at the gym doing cardio and strength training, but you can get '2 in 1'.  
                                                    
For maximum weight loss you will be encouraged to ad healthy diet to the exercise program. MAR's workouts will burn a lot of calories, but you must understand that to shed 1 pound, you must expend 3500 kcal.  It will be very hard for someone to lose a lot of weigth by just working out. Some people lose a lot of water whenthey work out and that gives them the impression of a weight loss. The truth is that there is no short cuts.  You have got to burn 3500 kcal to lose 1 pound. Exercise is importan becasue when you do not exercise, the first thing you will lose will be your lean muscle tissue and nopt the stubborn fat. However,if you are looking for a weight loss, you must do it through a healthy diet and cutting calories from it. A cobination of exercise and cutting some calories from your diet is what is needed for a weight loss.



Healthy diet does not mean starvation diet! It is also not a high protein diet unless you really want to bulk up. It is also not an Atkin's diet unless you want to live a skinny but short life. It is not a cabbage diet unless you want to look like one. Healthy diet is about eating everything that nature has to offer. It is about nourishing your body with vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, rather than trashing it with junk. You would not want to put the wrong type of fuel in your car. Why would you want to put the wrong type of fuel in your body?  It is such a shame that people treat their cars better than their bodies. During the Ultimate Fitness Program, we want to treat are bodies like temples and treat it kindly.  Imagine that everything you put in your body is going to either build or kill your body.



Eat healthy for 1 week and you will feel the differnce. Stick to it for as litle as 6 weeks and you will see a major difference in the way you look and feel. If you set back, jump right back on.  Follow my exercise program and you will see amazing difference n your fitness and energy level.  The workouts will tone and sculpt your new thin body like nothing else.  It will be an amazing journey that I can be a part of if you choose to have me as your trainer. I am very excited about being a part of it.  And remember, not many trainers will show you how to work out SMART and will teach you how to achieve your fitness goals without their supervision fast because they do not want to lose you as their client. The truth is that unless your fitness level is really low, your medical conditions prevent you from doing some really effective exercises, or you have specific performance goals, you just need someone to design an exercise and nutrition program you will follow and teach you how to perform certain exercises, so you know how to do them right.  Then you just need to follow the prescription just like you follow doctor's orders and you are on the right track.  It is that simple, so why people make it so difficult.

Set up your profile in WOWY or manually.  We can do it together or you can start on your own right now. Setting up profilies or so called protfolios is a great way  to see results and make your fitness journey more fun. Therefore, I advice you to take your before and after pictures as well as measurements.  If your fitness level is really low, you might not be ready for ULTIMATE FIT CAMP WITH MAR ust yet.  I can recommend an easier program for you.

Jump start your weekend the healthy way!
This is a rather hard core workout! Everyone will find it challenging, the fitter and less fit ones!
If you only had time to work out once  a week, this would be the workout for you!

The 3 types of workouts:

Lower body sculpt & burn
This class will burn up to a 1000  kcal and focus on your weaknesses. You will be melting fat from your troubled zones, mainly thighs and buns while shaping them up for the summer season. Quads and glutes are the biggest muscles in your body. Work them and you will be a fat burning machine!  Muscles burn 3 times as many calories as fat!

Upperbody & core 
 
This class will not only help you get rid of the flab on your abs, and the jiggly wiggly arms, but  also help you with performing daily physical activities by keeping your back and torso stronger.  We will be performing high intensity exercises intertwined with cardio to keep your heart rate up and burn calories at the same time, so we get two workouts in one.

Total body blast
The name says it all. From stretching to yoga from the top of your body down you will feel the burn all the time! Perfect class for those who feel like they didn’t work out enough  during the week and those who want to kick it up a notch!
